A unique design by Ron Nadal. Yoni Livneh’s website promotes his promising album, “To the Sugar Mines”. Ron’s main theme in this design is a constellation of 8 ‘planets’ that each represent a song in the album. The website also showcases the people and experiences behind making the album in an excellent manner.
Some technical points
Ron has designed custom player control buttons for the songs and video clips. We had to use Soundcloud and Youtube API in order to connect the custom buttons as actual controllers. In addition, we use the API to track when the song/clip ends in order to play the next one automatically. Apart from that, the design includes custom functionality in several other pages according to the design.
About the client
“Allenby 40“, Livneh’s first single, was accompanied by a unique music video – a collaboration of 17 YouTube dancers from different countries, powered by Ballantine’s whiskey. The video gathered more than 50,000 views, and wide media coverage: London and Kirshenbaum, Ha’aretz, Ynet, Maariv and more. “To the sugar mines” is Yoni Livneh’s debut album
